Precision Wine Company

Precision Wine Company was founded in Napa Valley by vintner Trevor Sheehan, whose portfolio was built around sourcing strong vineyard lots and creating California wines across Napa Valley, Sonoma and other key appellations. The house developed multiple labels rather than a single winery identity, making the producer umbrella especially important for organizing the wines correctly.

Among those projects is Method, created with Master Sommelier Ian Cauble, as well as Cabernet Sauvignon bottlings released under names including Juan Rodríguez Cabrillo. The common thread is a focus on California fruit, careful sourcing and wines designed to show their regional character without turning every label into a separate producer.

In 2025, Precision Wine Company announced a restructuring of its broader portfolio. Trevor Sheehan and investors retained selected brands including Precision and Method, while other labels moved into the newly formed Navigator Wine Collection. At InBodega, the Precision-associated wines in our current GoWine inventory remain grouped here under Precision Wine Company.
