Domaine Hubert Lamy

Domaine Hubert Lamy is a family estate in Saint-Aubin with roots in winegrowing going back to 1640. Hubert Lamy created the modern domaine in 1973, and today it is run by Olivier Lamy and his wife Karine.

The estate covers 18.5 hectares across Saint-Aubin and neighboring Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, with Chardonnay accounting for about 80% of production. Vineyard work emphasizes massal selection, higher planting densities, high-trained vines and careful soil work, while each parcel is vinified and raised separately to preserve its individual character.

Saint-Aubin remains the heart of the domaine, but the same parcel-focused philosophy extends into neighboring appellations, making vineyard position and planting strategy central to how the wines are understood.
