Domaine Génot-Boulanger

Domaine Génot-Boulanger was founded in Meursault in 1974 by Charles-Henri and Marie Génot-Boulanger. Over the following decades, the family assembled holdings across Burgundy, building an estate that today spans 22 hectares in 11 villages.

Aude and Guillaume Lavollée now lead the domaine, working with oenologist and technical director Nicolas Ludwig. The vineyards extend from the Côte de Nuits through the Côte de Beaune to the Côte Chalonnaise, producing around 30 appellations from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

The entire estate has been certified organic since 2018. Vineyard work emphasizes soil life and vine balance through cover crops, composting and ploughing, while cellar work follows a low-intervention philosophy designed to preserve the character of each site and vintage.
