Aubert Wines was founded by Mark and Teresa Aubert in the late 1990s, bringing together Mark Aubert’s background in farming and winemaking with a focus on distinctive vineyard sites in California. The estate’s philosophy begins in the vineyard, where soil, site and careful farming shape the character of each wine.

Aubert works across the Sonoma Coast and Napa Valley with estate and long-term vineyard sites selected for low yields, longevity and strong sense of place. In the cellar, the approach is deliberately minimal-intervention, allowing the character of the vineyard to remain central while emphasizing texture, freshness and precision.
