Albert Bichot

Albert Bichot is an independent Burgundy wine house whose family story in wine began in 1831, when Bernard Bichot founded a wine trading business in Monthélie. The house later established itself in Beaune, where it has been based since 1912, and today remains under the direction of the sixth generation of the Bichot family.

Over generations, Albert Bichot developed from a historic négociant into a winegrower with six estates extending across Burgundy, from Chablis to Moulin-à-Vent. Each domaine has its own vineyard identity and dedicated winemaking team while sharing the house’s broader approach to precision, purity and respect for origin.

Across its estates, Albert Bichot combines family continuity with estate viticulture and Burgundy expertise, working with both its own vineyards and long-standing grower partners to express the diversity of the region’s climats and terroirs.
