Production & Terroir
Located south of Nuits-Saint-Georges at the base of the slope, Les Saint-Georges is planted on clay-rich brown soils strewn with pebbles that contribute depth, maturity, and persistent minerality. The grapes were hand-harvested, naturally fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, 50% of which were new.
