Ribote – Bruno Porro

Ribote is the family estate of Bruno Porro and his family, rooted in Dogliani on the hilly border with Monforte d’Alba in Piedmont. The Porro family has farmed and made wine for generations, and the name Ribote was adopted in 1980 from the historic farmhouse that anchors the property.

The estate works vineyards across Dogliani and the Langhe, including sites in Bussia at Monforte d’Alba. Its land is planted principally to Piedmont varieties including Nebbiolo, Dolcetto and Barbera, with vineyards on calcareous soils and hillside exposures typical of the area.

Bruno Porro and his family combine that long agricultural tradition with a modern estate identity. At InBodega, the wines are grouped under Ribote – Bruno Porro, connecting the family estate with Bruno Porro’s Barolo, Barbaresco and Langhe Nebbiolo bottlings.
