This is Bobal with a leather jacket.
In the glass: deep, inky purple — the classic Bobal signature.
On the nose: blackberry, plum, violets, and that gorgeous Mediterranean wild-herb thing that just happens in Utiel-Requena.
The palate hits with juicy black fruit, soft cocoa-dust tannins, a little peppery bite, and a finish that’s fresher than it has any right to be. Smooth, vibrant, and wildly easy to drink.
