Made by Cramele Recaș in Romania’s Banat region, Solara is the estate’s natural orange wine crafted with no added sulphites or commercial yeasts. They ferment Fetească Alba, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay & Tămâioasă Românească on skins and seeds, then blend and bottle unfined and unfiltered. Organic, vegan, low-intervention—and maddeningly good.
