OZU Premium Cuvée by Otazu 2021 is a red blend from D.O. Navarra built on Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Tempranillo, aged 12 months in French oak. 

Otazu ferments to preserve the varietal aromatics, then lets the oak add polish instead of turning the whole thing into a lumber yard. The result is a smooth, elegant red that feels “special” without demanding a special occasion.
