Crafted by Ángel Anocíbar, Garduña is vinified with minimal intervention and maximum patience. The plot is uniquely shaded by encinas (holm oaks), which creates slower ripening and intense aromatic complexity. Fermented in small tanks and aged in 100% French oak, it’s Syrah through a Spanish lens—bold but nuanced.
