Uco Deus

Uco Deus is a family-owned winery in Paraje Altamira, in Mendoza’s Uco Valley, focused on high-altitude wines shaped by its estate vineyards and mountain setting.

The winery follows a minimal-intervention philosophy, fermenting with indigenous yeasts and working with concrete eggs, open concrete fermenters, and clay amphorae to preserve freshness, fruit, and site expression.

Its identity is rooted in the alluvial soils and elevation of Paraje Altamira, with a range that explores the character of the Uco Valley through both classic varieties and more experimental styles.
