Roberto Cipresso

Roberto Cipresso is an Italian winemaker whose career has been rooted in Montalcino since 1987. After early work with leading Tuscan estates, he developed his own projects while building an international career that now spans Italy, Argentina, California and other wine regions.

Montalcino remains central to his personal wine identity through Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino, both centered on Sangiovese and on expressing the character of the territory rather than masking it with cellar technique. His work also extends to Argentina, where Pachamama Malbec from Cafayate reflects another side of his international winemaking story.
