Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey

Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is based in Chassagne-Montrachet, in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune. Established by Pierre-Yves Colin and Caroline Morey, the domaine draws on the traditions of two Burgundian winegrowing families.

Its vineyard work emphasizes sustainable practices and a balance between freshness and ripe fruit. Whole-bunch pressing, native-yeast fermentation and barrel maturation shape the whites, with careful handling designed to preserve their character.

The range spans Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet and other Côte de Beaune appellations, including Grand Cru wines made from sourced fruit. The whites are known for their mineral definition, textured depth and persistent finishes.
