Maison Chanzy
Maison Chanzy is rooted in the wine village of Bouzeron, where the estate’s history began in 1928. Today it works across the Côte Chalonnaise, Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, producing Burgundy from appellations including Mercurey, Rully, Maranges, Santenay, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet and Vosne-Romanée.
The domaine owns 80 hectares in total, with 66 hectares planted and cultivated. Its holdings include four monopoles and five clos, among them Clos de la Fortune, the only monopole in the Bouzeron appellation and the estate’s historic stronghold.
Viticulture follows a reasoned approach focused on soil work, limited inputs and biodiversity. Each parcel is vinified, matured and bottled separately, with ageing adapted to the identity of each site. Since 2021, the domaine has held Haute Valeur Environnementale certification.
