François Carillon

Domaine François Carillon is based in Puligny-Montrachet in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune. François Carillon comes from a family with generations of winegrowing history in the village and established his own domaine following the division of the family estate.

The domaine farms Chardonnay vineyards in Puligny-Montrachet and neighboring Côte de Beaune appellations. Its vineyard work emphasizes attentive cultivation and expressing the differences among individual parcels, including the limestone-rich sites that have made this part of Burgundy renowned for white wine.

François Carillon's wines reflect a precise, terroir-focused interpretation of white Burgundy. From village wines to Premier Cru bottlings, they are recognized for freshness, mineral definition and balance, with the structure to evolve gracefully over time.
