Etienne Sauzet

Domaine Etienne Sauzet is a historic wine estate based in Puligny-Montrachet, in Burgundy's Côte de Beaune. Founded by Étienne Sauzet in the early twentieth century, the domaine has become closely associated with some of the region's most distinguished Chardonnay vineyards.

The estate works with parcels across Puligny-Montrachet and its celebrated Premier Cru and Grand Cru sites, where variations in limestone-rich soils and exposure shape each wine's character. Meticulous vineyard work and careful winemaking aim to preserve freshness, precision and a transparent expression of terroir.

Etienne Sauzet's white Burgundies are known for their aromatic detail, finely judged texture and ability to develop with age. From village appellations to exceptional single-vineyard bottlings, the domaine expresses the elegance and mineral complexity that have made Puligny-Montrachet a benchmark for Chardonnay.
