Domaine de la Grange des Pères is a cult estate in the Pays d’Hérault, founded by Laurent Vaillé and known for singular wines that helped redefine the ambitions of the Languedoc.

The domaine follows a low-intervention philosophy in both vineyard and cellar, working with painstaking attention to farming, balance and texture rather than chasing a conventional regional style.

Its vineyards lie on the stony limestone soils around Aniane, where Mediterranean conditions, elevation and careful site selection shape wines of concentration, freshness and remarkable longevity.
