Château Pavie

Château Pavie is a historic Saint-Émilion estate whose vineyards trace their roots to ancient times, with the property taking its modern shape through the consolidation of celebrated hillside parcels during the nineteenth century.

Owned by Gérard and Chantal Perse since 1998, the estate combines exacting vineyard work with precise cellar practices, pursuing depth, refinement and longevity while preserving the identity of its exceptional site.

The vineyard rises along Saint-Émilion’s limestone plateau and slopes, where limestone, clay and lower sandy-clay soils create a varied terroir planted principally to Merlot alongside Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
