Château Palmer

Château Palmer is a historic Margaux estate whose modern identity dates to 1814, when Major General Charles Palmer acquired the property and gave it the name it carries today.

Since 1938, the estate has been guided by the Mähler-Besse and Sichel families, with generations of stewardship focused on preserving Palmer’s distinctive character, elegance and depth.

Its vineyards lie on the gravelly terraces of the Margaux appellation, where Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot are cultivated with biodynamic principles to express the complexity and finesse of this singular Médoc terroir.
