Brimoncourt is a Champagne house based in Aÿ, in the historic heart of the Champagne vineyard. The house describes its wines through elegance, freshness and lightness, with its identity rooted in Aÿ and in a careful approach to blending across Champagne.

Brimoncourt works with Chardonnay from the Sézannais and Côte des Blancs, while its Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier come from the Montagne de Reims and Marne Valley. The house emphasizes long-term grower relationships, careful grape selection and integrated viticulture.

The range includes Brut Régence, Brimoncourt’s Chardonnay-dominant signature cuvée, alongside Blanc de Blancs, Brut Rosé, Extra-Brut and vintage releases.
