Agrapart & Fils

Agrapart & Fils traces its roots to Avize in 1894, when Arthur Agrapart founded the family Champagne house in the Côte des Blancs. The estate has remained closely tied to Chardonnay and to the chalk-rich vineyards around Avize, with a long-standing focus on expressing place through traditional, artisanal winemaking.

In the vineyard and cellar, Agrapart emphasizes sustainable and increasingly organic farming, hand harvesting, parcel-by-parcel vinification, indigenous fermentations and extended lees aging. The approach is deliberately low-intervention, with the goal of preserving the mineral precision and character of the Côte des Blancs rather than smoothing it away.
