Shipping Policy

InBodega ships wine directly to you. We are also happy to assist with shipping items as gifts, complete with a personalized note to the recipient.

We ship only within the United States, where permitted by state law.

Manage Your Order Delivery

Need to change your shipping address? Want to put a delivery on hold or request a specific delivery time? You can use UPS My Choice, an easy, no-cost option offered by our shipping partner. It is the most efficient way to manage delivery of your UPS shipments.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Unfortunately, one order cannot be split across multiple shipping addresses. Each shipping address requires a separate order.

Extreme Temperatures

InBodega may hold a wine shipment during extremely hot weather or climate events, including hurricanes, in order to protect the quality of the items purchased. These delays are most likely during the summer months.

When we temporarily hold your shipment, we will notify you by email. We may also post a message on inbodega.com so shoppers know new orders may be delayed.

Receiving a Shipment

Upon delivery, our delivery partners will ask to see the recipient’s ID to confirm that he or she is 21 years of age or older. The recipient will also be required to sign for the order.

If you are unable to be home, the carrier may make additional delivery attempts or hold the shipment at the carrier’s distribution center or access point, depending on the carrier’s policies.

Shipping Options and Rates

Our goal is to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated or delayed due to inventory, weather, carrier issues, or legal shipping restrictions.

Shipping rates are based on the weight of the contents, destination, and shipping service selected. The rate for each option will be reflected in your shopping cart and may update as items are added or removed.
