Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Perishable goods, including food items, cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or otherwise eligible for exchange under our policy.

If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at inbodega@gourmet58.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the damaged or defective item when applicable.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your approved return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate or store credit may be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue any approved refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, please contact us first at inbodega@gourmet58.com for return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise determined by InBodega. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
